Mr. Stinson has 20 years of surveying experience, and is the Survey Manager of Kiley Associates, LLC. Mr. Stinson previously worked as a survey field technician for Kiley Associates, LLC, Jeffery B. Doolittle, PE, PLS, George Dunda, PLS, and Guy Anthony DeAngelo, PLS primarily performing Boundary retracement surveys, subdivisions, utility route surveys, engineering surveys, and deformation monitoring surveys. Mr. Hudak has over 22 years of experience in traffic engineering, municipal engineering, land development, dam and waterways engineering, construction estimating, construction administration and management, construction inspection, and client relations as a consulting engineer. He has experience in all phases of project implementation, from the initial client meeting to the close-out documentation process. Mr. Hudak has prepared designs, technical reports, drawings, and technical specifications, and has acquired permits related to various PennDOT projects. Mr. Hudak has executed the design, permitting, contractor selection, and construction administration of highway widening and re-alignment projects, street rehabilitation projects, and land development projects for clients including municipalities, government entities, public utility companies, and private individuals. Mr. Hudak has performed Traffic Impact Studies, Traffic Impact Assessments, highway defect studies and analyses, and Roadway Safety Audits. Mr. Hudak has prepared designs, technical reports, drawings, and technical specifications, and has acquired permits for PaDEP dam rehabilitation projects. He has also performed inspections and developed Emergency Action Plans for dams and other conveyances, including HEC-RAS modeling for inundation mapping.
